1. Donations to the Great British Reformation
Donations to support the work of the Great British Reformation (GBR) are voluntary contributions towards our political activities. All donations are regulated by and must comply with the rules set by the Electoral Commission.
2. General Policy on Refunds
Due to the nature of political donations and to ensure strict compliance with electoral law, all donations are final and non-refundable once accepted.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We will, at our discretion, consider refunding a donation only in the following exceptional circumstances:

Administrative Error: If a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount being processed.

Donation in Error: If you can clearly demonstrate that a donation was made unintentionally or by mistake (e.g., a significant sum entered in error).

Impermissible Donation: If it is subsequently determined that a donation was from an impermissible or unidentified source, we will return it as required by law.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case falls under the exceptional circumstances above, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Please contact us at [contactgbr@protonmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

The date and amount of the donation.

The method of payment (e.g., last 4 digits of card, PayPal reference).

A clear explanation of the reason for the request.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision in such matters is final.
5. Merchandise (If Applicable)
If you purchase physical goods from this website, your statutory consumer rights apply. Please see our Merchandise Policy below for details.
GBR Merchandise Policy
All sales of official Great British Reformation merchandise (e.g., lapel pins, publications, clothing) are final. Due to the bespoke and/or promotional nature of these items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, please contact [merchandise@gb-reformation.uk] within 14 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
