The Second Reformation
Economic Accord
The Great Bargain: Our New Contract with Britain. All Personal and Corporate Taxes abolished. Income Tax, NI, Corporation Tax, Council Tax, Inheritance Tax etc. Replaced by two new simple taxes - BAT (Business Activity Tax) and LVT (Land Value Tax). A simplified, fairer system that will raise more revenue to remake our country.
The National Dividend
Promoting equality and fairness in all aspects of society is essential to our mission of reform. Every UK Citizen will receive a monthly National Dividend to ensure no one struggles with the basics of daily life.
Local Government Empowered
Strengthening the connection between citizens and their government is at the heart of our approach. We will be fully funding local government with LVT (Land Value Tax) and additionally moving Social Care and Police Funding away from them so more money is available to be spent for local needs.
The William Blake Fund
We will establish The William Blake Fund to invest in new technologies, the arts, green innovations and industries, focussing on future environmental sustainability as a cornerstone of our policies of building a green and pleasant land.
The GBR Farming Covenant
A unique sector deserves a unique bargain. We defend our food security with near-zero tax (0.02% LVT) on active farmland while ending the land speculation that prices farmers out. We scrap income, corporate, and inheritance tax on the farming business. Farmers' success is Britain's resilience. They feed the nation, steward the land, we secure their foundation.
